We had 30 people at our event. We ordered brisket, chicken, and sausage. Spikes had it ready on time and it was all very good, I ordered 10 lbs. of brisket, 6 half chickens and 3# of sausage; I should have ordered more sausage; it was favored. Staff was very helpful and polite. A very good experience and a great meal.
